The objective of the processing is to inform Clients of activities organized by Galia Hotels, S.L., and/or related companies. Galia Hotels, S.L. collects specific data from Clients for internal purposes only.

No third party shall have direct access to the Client’s data without express consent. Clients shall have full rights to access to such data, and may apply at any time for correction, opposition or cancellation of it. Such rights may be exercised by means of a signed letter addressed to Galia Hotels, S.L., at the following address:

This letter must contain the following data: Name and address of the Client, address for notification purposes, photocopy of the Client’s Identity Card or passport, and details of the matters requested in connection with the data.

Galia Hotels, S.L. undertakes to comply with its obligations regarding the confidentiality of personal data and its duty to safeguard such data at all times. Accordingly, Galia Hotels, S.L. shall take all measures necessary to prevent unauthorised changes, processing or access to the Clients’ data or the loss thereof, as required by the regulations governing data file security measures.
